Winter rates for as little as Euro480.00 per month offered on well-furnished apartments. The price includes water and electricity,  a weekly linen and towel change. Minimum stay 1 month. This is ideal for retired couples looking for a more hospitable climate.

Villa Atlantis - These apartments are also in a quiet part of Xlendi. They consist of one, two and three bedrooms, a combined living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower and each having its own terrace or balcony.
